Approve restore requests

Open Restore › Approvals
The menu badge counts requests waiting for you. Production overwrite requests are marked, with the time until they expire.

Click a request to open it beside the list
You see who asked and when, the restore point, the plan and server it came from, the target, the restore type, the overwrite mode, approvals so far and the reason.

Decide

Approve - add a ticket and a comment if you like. A production restore asks for your second factor first.

Reject - the comment is required and goes back to the requester.

Nobody decides twice on the same request.
Two for overwrites
Where the environment says so, overwriting live data needs two different approvers.
24 hours
An approval not acted on within 24 hours expires and the request needs approval again.
