Xtic runs on your infrastructure. This page lists what INTELLIENS INFOCOM LLP holds, where, and the documents that govern it.

For personal data inside your backups you are the data fiduciary (controller); Xtic is software you run, and we have no access to it. INTELLIENS is the data fiduciary for website, Hub, licence and support data.

Privacy and the DPDP Act

Privacy

The privacy policy lists what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights. Marketing e-mail needs your consent, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe.

Security

The security model covers agentless access, the least-privilege helper, encryption and the audit trail. Report a vulnerability to security@xtic.in — seesecurity.txt.
