These terms apply to paid Xtic subscriptions bought from INTELLIENS INFOCOM LLP (“we”, “us”), online or by order form. They add to the End User Licence Agreement.
1. Editions and term
A subscription gives you an edition (Pro, Business or Enterprise) for a number of protected servers for a prepaid term of one or more years, starting on the day we receive payment. Edition features are described on the pricing page.
2. Changes during a term
- Adding servers takes effect immediately and is charged for the rest of the current term.
- Upgrading to a higher edition takes effect immediately; you pay the difference for the rest of the term.
- Reducing servers or downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
3. Renewal
Subscriptions renew for the same edition and number of servers unless you change them or stop the renewal. We send reminders 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before the end of the term. Stopping the renewal does not end the current term.
4. Price changes
We give at least 60 days’ notice of a list-price increase. After an increase, you keep your current price for one renewal.
5. Taxes and invoices
Prices for customers in India exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate; we issue a GST tax invoice when payment is received. Supplies to customers outside India are invoiced as exports. If you deduct TDS, please send us the certificate.
6. Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Orders by purchase order are paid against our proforma invoice, by default within 30 days. The licence is issued when payment is received.
7. Support
Support channels and first-response targets for each edition are set out in our service levels. Business hours are 09:30–18:30 IST, Monday to Friday, except Indian national holidays.
8. After the term
If a term ends without renewal, Xtic keeps working for 30 days of grace, then the Free limits apply. Restores, downloads, verification and the recovery tools always keep working.
9. Suspension
We may suspend a licence if a payment is reversed or disputed, or for a material breach of these terms or the EULA, after notice where the law allows.
10. Refunds
Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
